I can understand a gentile or secular organization making that mistake, but not the Jewish Federation!! How is it that a Jewish Federation holds an event on Simchat Torah? Holding a Jewish sponsored event during a religious holiday is s a slap in the face to any tradtional Jew. I can understand a gentile or secular organization making that mistake, but not the Jewish Federation!!
